At ziDigital we understand you may not be able to provide us with your computer to repair, as you may need to use it. With this in mind we have perfected a service which allows us to connect remotely to your system, wherever you may be and work on it directly from our office. At the time of service all you need is an active internet connection. With your permission we will connect to your computer by remote control. This amazing technique would save you time and money instead of us taking your computer/laptop away from you, we can fix it live in front of your own eyes without us having to come to you.

Cost of this service is £30 per hour, we are running a promotion* that reduces the cost to £20 per hour.

2. Choose your payment method.
3. Make sure you are connected to the internet for your appointment.
4. Our staff will take control of your system and solve the issue quickly.
