Opening a new warehouse recently, we were concerned about staff theft. I requested some hidden CCTV, with a 8 camera system. Everything was installed perfectly, and i can easily view the CCTV footage anywhere i am with the remote internet viewing service! |

A large gift shop on the high street, we have had large numbers of children entering the premises. Monitoring all aisles simultaneously is a very hard task with minimal staff. I discussed my issues with he Quick response staff. Every angle of my premises is now covered carefully with CCTV. Using a mounted monitor i can view any wrong doings. |

| Dealing with mentally unwell customers, and medically unwell patients the staff can sometimes be intimidated. Vandal resistant domes were installed throughout the premises. With a monitor mounted to the ceiling and maintenance free recording we have solid evidence to prosecute. |

 We were regularly robbed as our front door is continually open. The police were not really bothered as we didn't have any evidence. After suggestion from the police, and a consultation with Quick Response CCTV we opted to have it installed. 6 camera installation in ONE day. Thank You! |

| Part of our lease was a CCTV system covering the shop internally. It had to record 30 days footage. The system was installed within a couple of hours. The customer service has been great, the response even better!I would highly recommend, we have not had any issues so far fingers crossed! |

We required an update to the system as our system was very old. Our security demands have increased over time. Parallel with the worries of increasing crime rates we decided to get our system upgraded. I must commend the staff at Quick Response as they have truly dealt with my problems and given me a Quick Response to my security problem.
We used to have problems with clients intimidating female staff. Taking action against these characters would have have been pointless without evidence. I was recommended by the Quick Response staff to use hidden cameras to capture abusive clients and watch out for thefts. We now feel safer as we have CCTV recording an incidentds which occur.
